There's just one week left until the Kentucky Derby! It's time to share our favorite julep variation: The Iced Tea Mint Julep. Muddle 2-3 mint leaves gently in the bottom of your julep cup. Add 1/2 ounce mint-infused simple syrup, 2 ounces of bourbon and fill cup to the top with ice. Add iced tea until full, garnish with a mint sprig, and enjoy the cold, refreshing goodness!
