There is a 7% sales tax on orders shipped to Pennsylvania addresses. Tax is charged on shipping charges when the item is shipped to a Pennsylvania address. All other states are tax exempt.

Free shipping over $75. (No furniture, rugs, etc.) Under $75, the shipping fee is 5% of the order total (excluding tax) plus $8.00.
We ship purchases via USPS. Please allow 6 - 8 business days from the date of confirmation of receipt of your order for delivery of in-stock items. In case the item is out of stock or if there is any other cause of delay we will notify you by e-mail, providing you with an estimated delivery time.
In order to avoid confusion, please note the following:
If you need express shipping, please call 412-345-7466 to request a rush order. At this time, we will give you an estimated price for One Day Express and Two Day Express and ask if you would still like to proceed. The orders must also be placed before 1pm (EST) for next day shipping. Once the item has been packaged and shipped, another transaction will be placed on your credit card with the exact amount of the express shipping and an e-mail will be sent informing you of this transaction along with the actual cost of shipping.
Delivery Surcharges ($)
Because furniture, rugs and other large items are bulky and heavy, our cost to ship them is higher than for other items. Therefore, these large items have a delivery surcharge; we will e-mail you informing you of this extra charge.

Does Our Store offer Price Matching?
Yes. If you find an everyday lower price from another online retailer on a Qualifying Product, message us and we'll match it.
What is a Qualifying Product for Price Matching?
We will Price Match on the following criteria:
1. We will only adjust prices for in-stock items sold by us. Gift Cards and items added from other websites are not eligible for Price Matching.
2. The product being matched must be an identical item to the product wesells: brand name, size, weight, color, and model/style number must all match.
3. The product must be in stock at the other online retailer at the time of the Price Matching.
4. Price Matching is only available before the time of purchase. The matched price must still be available 48 hours after your purchase.
What Limitations or Exceptions are there for Price Matching?
The following limitations and exceptions apply:
1. The price for an item/offer must be listed online and valid at the time of the Price Match. It cannot be a price that is achieved with a discount code. We reserve the right to verify a competitor's advertised price and product details, as well as to confirm the product is in stock at the competitor.
2. Price Matching excludes promotional prices (including Thanksgiving through Cyber Monday).
3. Excludes items on sale, clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, mail-in rebates, storewide or unspecific offers, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
4. Price Matching excludes typographical errors, limited time or quantity offers, daily deals, coupon offers, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.
5. Price Matching excludes "Marketplace" prices (such as eBay or Amazon) and prices from third party sellers.
6. Price Matching excludes catalog prices and off-line retail store prices.
How Do I Match a Price on this Site to Another Online Retailer?
If you find a Qualifying Product from another online retailer that is listed at a lower price, and the item meets the Price Matching criteria, then prior to placing your order, message Customer Support. We will verify the item eligibility and then you can place the order on our site and we will refund you for the difference in price to you original form of payment.
We hope you will understand that with all the efforts we make to have our items correctly priced and have their stock quantity up-to-date, occasionally this information may be incorrect.
If the stock quantity is mismarked and we do not have the item in-stock, we will notify you of this. At this point, you can choose to keep or cancel the order. If you choose to keep the order please be aware that it usually takes anywhere from 4-6 weeks to receive.
If a product's price is higher than our website's stated price (aka our website has the wrong price for an item), we will cancel your order and notify you of this cancellation. You are more than welcome to purchase the item again at the correct price.
As shown on the site, an out-of-stock item can be ordered and is estimated to take 4-6 weeks to receive. Please note that there are a handful of brands that we do not keep in-stock due to the large amount of inventory. These brands will take extra time to ship out and the stock shown for these brands does not reflect our in-store stock but rather their availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order we receive at our discretion. The full amount charged will be credited back to your account.
We hope you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept returns of unused items within 30 days of receipt of the package. The merchandise amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges. Import merchandise, special-order merchandise, sale and personalized items are not returnable - so take special care when giving instructions for special orders and personalization.
A gift can be returned for exchange only.
All sales final on special orders.
Return the product to: 6343 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15206 (please keep your receipt should you need to track your package). Remember to insure it for full value. The customer remains responsible for both outgoing and incoming shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders.
Your credit card will be credited for the price of the merchandise and any taxes when we have received and processed your returned item. Please note that credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping and carrier have no legal obligation to honor your claim unless you follow these procedures. If items are to be returned to us please repack merchandise exactly as received.
We are willing to assist you in every possible manner in collecting claims for loss or damage, but this willingness on our part does not make us responsible for collections of claims.
Should an item be damaged during shipment because of an error or mishap on the part of the shipping agent, we are not responsible for replacing said item.
