Today product development visited the glass factory that makes our Vetro collection. It is amazing that each piece is hand-etched then hand painted in gold, sterling silver or platinum.

The Sardine collection by Bordallo Pinheiro results from a collaboration between the Earthenware Factory of Caldas da Rainha, founded in 1884 by Raphael Bordallo Pinheiro, and EGEAC/ Municipality of Lisbon. What happens when a bunch of individuals who work in a creative field want to break the monotony of a work day…Rabbit Olympics! Our colleagues at the manufactory had a bit of fun with some of our recent introductions (with a sneak preview of one yet to come) and created these priceless vignettes. Looks like it will be a hare-raising finish with the running event!
