Spring is just a few weeks away and Azores has us dreaming of setting a softly layered spring table! Our hand painted collection, inspired by beautiful shimmering lagoons, and breathtaking waterfalls found on the magnificent Portugal islands of Azores. Artists carefully hand paint the borders of each Azores plate using a matte glaze for Blue Lagoon and a beautiful light grey for Greige Shimmer. 💙🤍💙🤍

It is hard to believe that 20 years has passed since Arte Italica was first created by Ann Skidmore, a stay at home mom in CA. Ann started Arte Italica from her home and the first shipments were from her garage, with all the family helping out! A couple of years later, Arte Italica moved its offical office to NY and began warehousing on the east coast. Her dream had come true and years of beautiful Italian products were born!

Today product development visited the glass factory that makes our Vetro collection. It is amazing that each piece is hand-etched then hand painted in gold, sterling silver or platinum.

In collaboration with National Geographic, Mottahedeh has recently release the new pattern called "SNOWFLAKE"!
Imagine a candlelight dinner, a holiday gathering or an after snowman outing with a hot cup of cocoa. National Geographic's photo archive is the inspiration for this delicate design. Each actual snowflake was originally hand painted in icy tones of blue and silver.

Does it get any better than classic blue and white? The answer is a resounding YES it does! The icing on the cake is 24-karat gold -- hand painted, of course. Blue and white and gold -- oh yes!
