Express shipments can be quoted. Orders needing express shipping quotes should be placed by 12PM EST in order to process that same day. Certain items drop shipped from manufacturer may have an earlier cutoff time. Please call us (if possible) to be certain of a rush status and make a note on your order form. We will quote shipping ASAP.
We are able to ship most items outside the continental U.S. Since the shipping charge will vary based upon the weight, dimension and destination, we cannot calculate the shipping costs until after your order has been submitted. Therefore, you should ignore the shipping charge that displays when you place your order on-line, and alternatively, we will notify you via e-mail once the delivery cost has been determined. We will not ship your order until we receive your approval for this charge. Express shipping is not available for international orders.
We strive for excellence in our packaging and shipping department so shipping damages are rare. However, if you receive damaged merchandise, please keep the original box and packaging for 7 days in case an inspection of the damage is required for insurance purposes.
