If you are the purchaser, please be certain to return your purchase in original exterior box, well packed and insured for the full amount.  Items must be in their original box(s) unused and include all components.  If you return new merchandise in original packaging within 30 days, we will issue a credit or a check normally within 14 days of the receipt of the return.  All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated. All special orders, personalized and clearance items are considered non-refundable. Please inspect all packages promptly. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us ASAP, but definitely within 10 days.

If you have received a gift from Contemporary Concepts and would like to return it, we will issue you a store credit for the dollar amount of the item. If you are exchanging the item, we may require a credit card in order to cover shipping charges of your new item(s), along with any amount that the new merchandise price for the replacement gifts exceeds the amount to be refunded (please note that original delivery and handling charges are not refunded when you return an item, unless we are at fault).
